Little Brown Bats

Little brown bats eat bugs like mosquitoes, beetles and flies. This bat finds its food with echolocation.

The Little Brown Bat lives in the eastern United States, Alaska, Canada, California, Arizona, the Rocky Mountains and even in Mexico.

These bats hibernate and stay in caves and mines.

Little Brown Bats are less than 4 inches.

They have babies called pups. Little brown bats like warm moist areas. These bats help control the bug population.
