Flying Foxes

Flying Foxes eat fruit. A Flying Fox finds its food
by smelling the fruit and swooping down to get it.

This bat lives in the tropical regions of Africa, Australia, and Asia.

The Flying Fox hibernates.

Some interesting facts about the Flying Fox are:
Flying Foxes and most other bats have one baby at a time.
Infant Flying Foxes hang on to their mothers all the time-even when their mothers fly.
When Flying Foxes need a rest in the branches of large trees, they hang upside down.
They fold wings around their bodies like shawls.
